About us
Prime Survivors International Ltd exists because cargo does not fail at sea. It fails in the paperwork between the vessel and the gate. We built a company that owns that stretch end to end.

Our story
We operate from Tema Community 5, minutes from the port gates. That proximity is the point: our brokerage and haulage desks can be at the terminal the same morning a vessel berths, and our documentation team works from the manifest rather than from a queue.
Our clients are importers, exporters, manufacturers and traders who cannot afford to guess what a shipment will cost or when it will land. We answer both questions before the container moves, and we are the ones accountable if the answer changes.
Alongside that local operation, a vetted international partner network carries the same standards into origin and destination markets, so a shipment leaving Shanghai or Rotterdam is handled to the same file, the same documents and the same reporting.
See how we workMission
We make the export and import of goods predictable: efficient forwarding, accurate brokerage, consolidated cargo and reliable haulage, delivered with the passion and dedication the business was named for.
Vision
It guides how we hire, how we design our processes and how we serve every client, with clear accountability at every stage.
How we work
No hand-offs between anonymous departments. Clear ownership, practical timelines and communication built around the client.
Operations, documentation and client service work as one team, with a named owner for every file.
Clear communication, practical timelines and fewer hand-offs, designed around speed, convenience and transparency.
We earn repeat business and referrals by becoming the long-term logistics partner, not a one-off vendor.
Professional excellence, ethical leadership and responsible action, in Tema and in every market we touch.
We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours, and urgent shipment issues go straight to the operations desk.
A PSIL contact owns your file from booking to proof of delivery, so you are not passed between departments.
We use client feedback and complaints to improve how we work, not just to close a ticket.
What we hold to
These values decide how our team behaves when a shipment gets difficult.
We win as one team. Operations, documentation and finance share one file, one standard and one outcome.
We design around speed, convenience, transparency and flexibility, across email, WhatsApp or a phone call.
We earn the next shipment through retention, referrals and long-term partnership, not a one-off transaction.
Our network
Our own desks sit in Ghana, close to the port and the inland corridors. Beyond that, a vetted partner network covers the origins our clients buy from and the destinations they sell to.

QHSE
Quality, health, safety and environment are managed as one integrated system, an IMS covering both certification standards, reviewed annually by AFNOR.

Covers documentation control, client communication, complaint handling and the measurement of on-time clearance and delivery.

Governs risk assessment at the terminal and in the warehouse, PPE, incident reporting and driver safety on every haulage job.

We are minutes from the port gates. If you are evaluating a forwarder, visit the office, meet the desk that would own your file, and ask the awkward questions.
