Services

Four services,
one chain of custody.

Most Ghanaian importers juggle a forwarder, a broker and a haulier, then spend the week reconciling their stories. We do all four in-house, on one file, against one delivery date.

Origin & documentation

Export of goods

Getting Ghanaian goods out of the country is a documentation exercise before it is a shipping one. We build the file from the commercial invoice outward, so the booking, the certificate and the declaration agree with each other.

  • Booking and space allocation on FCL and LCL services out of Tema and Takoradi
  • Export documentation: bill of lading, packing list, certificate of origin and GRA export declaration
  • Pre-shipment inspection coordination and container loading supervision
  • Typical cargo: cocoa, shea, cashew, textiles, processed foods and manufactured goods

Classification & clearance

Customs brokerage

Clearance is where cost and time are won or lost. We classify before the vessel sails, so duty is known and funded rather than discovered at the counter.

  • HS classification, valuation and duty computation agreed with you before arrival
  • Declaration filing with GRA Customs, including single window submissions
  • Examination attendance, duty payment and release handling at Tema and Kotoka
  • Post-clearance audit support, refunds and classification disputes

Groupage & LCL

Cargo consolidation

You do not always have a container's worth of cargo, and paying for one is a waste. We combine compatible shipments at origin hubs so you buy only the space you use.

  • LCL groupage from China, Europe, UAE and North America into Tema
  • Labelling, palletising and shrink-wrap at the consolidation warehouse
  • Deconsolidation and short-term storage before onward delivery
  • One house bill of lading per consignee, with individual cargo receipts

Port to door

Cargo haulage

A container that clears on Monday and arrives on Thursday is still a late shipment. Our haulage desk books against the release, not against the queue.

  • Port-to-door movement across Greater Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and the northern corridor
  • Bonded and transit haulage with the correct escort and documentation
  • Heavy, out-of-gauge and project cargo with route surveys where needed
  • Same-day proof of delivery returned to your inbox

How we work

Three moves, every time.

One named owner, one file reference and a realistic date at every stage. No hand-offs to a broker you have never met.

01

Book and classify

Send the commercial invoice and packing list. We confirm the HS code, the duty exposure and the earliest realistic sailing or arrival date.

02

Clear and consolidate

We file with GRA Customs, attend inspections and, where volume allows, consolidate your cargo with compatible shipments to bring the rate down.

03

Haul and confirm

Trucks are booked against the release, tracked to the door, and proof of delivery is returned to you the same day.
